This is an independent local guide for homeowners, not a repair company and not a licensed contractor. The pages explain what tends to break, what’s worth a DIY fix versus a real service call, and how to hire safely. Nothing here is professional, legal, or safety advice for your specific situation.

We connect, we don’t repair

When you use the contact form, we pass your request to a licensed, EPA-certified local contractor. That contractor is an independent business. We don’t perform the work, set their prices, or guarantee their results. Any agreement for repair work is strictly between you and the contractor you hire.

Always verify a contractor’s license yourself at cslb.ca.gov before money changes hands, and confirm EPA certification for anything involving refrigerant.

Accuracy and outside links

We try to keep the information current, but rebate programs, permit rules, prices, and licenses change, and we can’t promise everything is complete or up to date. We link to utility, government, and other third-party sites for your convenience; we don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Use your own judgment, especially on anything involving gas, electricity, refrigerant, or safety, and call a licensed professional when in doubt.
